Once accepted into ADT, Company dancers are expected to adhere to the established criteria of behavior and attire traditional for all professional dance programs. ADT is admired and respected for presenting polished and professional-looking performances. The integrity of the art of dance is closely guarded by ADT's Artistic Director, faculty, and staff. Proper dance etiquette and respect for the art form are strictly enforced. Dancers are expected to demonstrate self-discipline, poise, and respect for teachers and fellow dancers alike.

ADT aspires to help each dancer succeed both inside and outside the studio. Whether students become professional dancers like many before them or move on to other professional fields, our hope is that the education and experience provided here develops them into happy, confident, and successful young people. Whatever path you take beyond your years at ADT, remember that any dancer who has left ADT in good standing will always be welcome to come to take classes.
