The Alabama Dance Theatre is excited to host its 15th annual Tutus and Tiaras Summer Camp, a fun and engaging ballet camp designed for children ages 3 to 7. This week-long experience includes ballet classes, arts and crafts, and rehearsals leading up to a special end-of-camp showcase on May 30 at 12:00 p.m. The camp runs from May 27 through May 30, with a tuition fee of $225. Tutus and Tiaras offers a magical introduction to dance in a supportive and creative environment—perfect for young dancers ready to shine. Spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.

The Alabama Dance Theatre’s Hip-Hop Stars Camp is back and better than ever! Designed for high-energy dancers who love to move, this exciting camp runs from June 1–4, 2026 and offers a dynamic introduction to hip-hop dance. Campers will learn fun choreography, build confidence, and get the chance to show off their new moves in a short showcase at the end of the week. It’s the perfect way to kick off summer with rhythm, style, and a whole lot of fun!

Join us for a two-week intensive at Alabama Dance Theatre, where students will take classes from master teachers, followed by rehearsals leading to the annual performance of Stars on the Riverfront at the Riverfront Amphitheatre. Rising 2nd graders and up can participate in Step into Seminar and perform as well. Intermediate and advanced dancers not currently enrolled at ADT may submit audition materials for consideration.

Our four week session features morning to early afternoon classes for the dancer that is interested in continuing their training year round. Summer is the perfect time to hone technique and artistry. Classes offered range from Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, African Dance and more. Tuition is based on the number of classes you take. Drop-In classes are also available.
